Oakview Garden Apartments is an Affordable Housing Community located in Falls Church, Virginia. The community consists of 324 – one and two bedroom apartment homes and is subsidized under Section 8 project based program. Oakview has great curb appeal and has all new HVAC systems, roofs, interior handrails, paving and attractive steel fencing and more.

The apartment units have upgraded kitchens and wall to wall carpeting. The grounds are beautiful (16 acres) with mature trees and shrubs. There are 5 play areas, courtyards, basketball court and a newly renovated Olympic size pool.
